Armed with a Cambridge-certified CELTA instructor qualification, she spent over a decade teaching English in Germany, Canada, and the UAE, emphasizing effective communication and fostering an understanding of diverse perspectives.

Before her career in education, Alicia held noteworthy marketing and customer service management roles at esteemed companies such as Singapore Airlines, IBM, and Panalpina. With a commitment to lifelong learning, she achieved the full Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and pursued teacher training as a Pilates instructor. Alicia seamlessly integrates her expertise in mindful movement and body awareness with the Enneagram, adopting a holistic approach to address the mental, emotional, and physical needs of her clients.

Alicia serves as the Marketing Director of EQ World, spearheading creative and strategic marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s vision to instigate positive change.
