Activity Deck

The Activity Deck is created for Facilitators or Trainers when using the EQ Competency Framework during a Workshop. There are Competency Definition cards, which defines the EQ competency as well as some healthy behaviors that one would demonstrate. There are the Choice-Reaction Cycle cards, which are used to facilitate the learning and application of this important cycle. There is Zone of Influence cards, meant to help participants understand that they can have an influence in any situation, which comes in the form of how we think and what actions we choose to take. Lastly, there are the Dilemma Scenarios that can be used to practice Accountability, Conflict Management, or Dealing with Difficult Situations.
